- The structure is constructed using earthquake-resistant and termite-proof materials. The concrete will be of M-15 grade with steel Fe 415+ grade.
- Plastering:
- Plastering will be done using a mix of 1:5 cement, sand, and mortar.

- All exterior walls will be plastered with a 1:5 cement, sand, and mortar mixture. The external corners of the walls will be finished with washable emulsion paint.
- Plaster of Paris Work:
